As an Executive Physician and former endowed John “Jack” Rose Distinguished Professor of Cardiovascular Sciences, I possess a strong record of leadership and system integration. My expertise encompasses the initiation and direction of subspecialty ACGME programs, as well as the successful integration of surgical and cardiovascular emerging technological innovations to improve patient care outcomes, supported by a notable history of recruitment and retention. Additionally, I have represented internationally as the vice chair of the improvement committee initiatives for the Heart Rhythm Society, focusing on Atrial Fibrillation centers excellence, and also serve on the Atrial Fibrillation Task Force and am am member of the patients and caregivers committee.
